Junior School Curriculum
The Key Stage 2 curriculum is largely based on the National Curriculum.
Maths and English are taught daily by the Form Tutor and in addition there are a variety of handwriting and spelling activities. The other National Curriculum subjects are taught in the other sessions across the week. The breakdown of hours is as follows:

Each member of staff has his or her own specialist subject which is taught across the Junior School. We also utilise Senior School staff to assist with Games, DT, music and languages. In this way the children have a secure base but also become used to a variety of teachers and become known to all members of the teaching staff.
